Delete Your Data

PuzzleMe - Jigsaw Puzzle ("PuzzleMe") by CTN Devs does not use user accounts, and I do not keep a profile about you. Most of your data is stored on your device or in your own Google account, so you can delete it yourself. The steps below explain how to delete each type of data.

1. Delete your Cloud Sync data

If you turned on Cloud Sync, your player name, avatar, statistics, settings, and completed puzzles are saved in your Google Play Games account.

1. Open PuzzleMe and go to Settings → Cloud Data.
2. Tap Show Saved Data.
3. Tap Delete Data and confirm. Your cloud data is permanently deleted from Google's servers and Cloud Sync is turned off.

2. Delete your leaderboard score and Play Games data

Your "Top Puzzlers" leaderboard score and any remaining PuzzleMe data in Google Play Games are managed by Google. To delete them, open the Google Play Games settings on your device (or your Google account's Play Games settings) and delete the data for PuzzleMe, or your Play Games profile. You can also hide your profile from other players there.

3. Delete data stored on your device

Your player name, avatar, statistics, settings, saved puzzles, and cached puzzle images are stored on your device.

1. Open your device's Settings → Apps → PuzzleMe.
2. Tap Storage, then Clear data, or simply uninstall the Game.

This data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered, unless you have Cloud Sync data. If your device backs up app data to your Google account, you can manage those backups in your device's backup settings.

4. Delete feedback you sent

Feedback messages, your email address if you provided one, and any image you attached are deleted automatically as soon as I have read them, and no later than 7 days after they are received. To have them deleted sooner, email [email protected] with the subject "PuzzleMe data deletion request".

5. Advertising, analytics, and crash data

Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics process pseudonymous data linked to device identifiers, not to your name or email. You can:

• reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Security & privacy → Ads, depending on your device)
• withdraw consent for personalized ads from the privacy options in the Game's settings
• uninstall the Game to stop all further collection

This data is deleted automatically by Google after a limited retention period: analytics data within 14 months at most, and crash reports within 90 days.

6. What is kept
